Our team of Local Area Coordinators assist people with disability to navigate the NDIS, providing planning and assistance to navigate mainstream services and increase their capability to be an active part of their community.
The Brotherhood is committed to working with communities and service providers to ensure that people with a disability and children with developmental delays are linked in with supports appropriate to their needs.
For us this means we need to understand the supports available in the communities in which we work, the referral processes and access requirements.
We will be actively engaging with provider networks, attending expos, workshops, as well as hosting forums for providers across the Bayside Peninsula areas.
