The Brotherhood is committed to working with communities and service providers to ensure that people with a disability and children with developmental delays are linked in with supports appropriate to their needs.
For us this means we need to understand the supports available in the communities in which we work, the referral processes and access requirements.
We will be actively engaging with provider networks, attending expos, workshops, as well as hosting forums for providers across the Bayside Peninsula areas.
If you need to help a person apply for the NDIS you can step them through the questions on the Access Checklist.
If you have information you would like to share, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will distribute your information to our Local Area Coordination team. Remember to let us know what services you provide, your prices, capacity to deliver and service areas.
