The Brotherhood of St Laurence has been contracted by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to deliver Local Area Coordination and Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) services.
The Brotherhood is committed to working with communities and service providers to ensure that people with a disability and children with developmental delays are linked in with supports appropriate to their needs.
For us this means we need to understand the supports available in the communities in which we work, the referral processes and access requirements. We will be actively engaging with provider networks, attending expos, workshops, as well as hosting forums for providers across the Hume Moreland areas.
If you need to help a person apply for NDIS you can step them through the questions on the Access Checklist.
