School Leaver Employment Supports

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is a funded employment support for Year 12 students with a disability to assist in reaching their employment goals. Participants can have SLES and other reasonable and necessary funded supports in their NDIS plan.

SLES supports are tailored to meet individual needs with an aim of increasing confidence and aspirations to find employment.

The attached slide set provides information on School Leaver Employment Supports and how it can benefit you.
